Previously retained due to her exceptional pedigree, conformation, and disposition, "Rosie" is a barn favorite and is reluctantly offered due to herd reduction. Rosie is a very elegant and typey Welsh Section B mare with a wonderful "in your pocket" disposition. Fancy mover and jumper, well started W/T/C/trails under saddle. Both her Sire and Dam are proven Champion Hunter Pony and Welsh producers. Rosie has produced two exceptionally typey fillies to date and can be bred to Blueridge Love Story for a 2026 foal, if desired. She is equally well suited for the show ring and would make a terrific Pony Hunter and Welsh show pony. Full sister to Blueridge Calliope (below) and Blueridge Rembrandt (Billy). Calliope is a full sister to Blueridge Black Pearl (above) and Blueridge Rembrandt (Billy). She is very lightly started under saddle and in harness but truly shines as a broodmare. She has produced 2 Bay colts and one filly to date. Her 2020 son, Blueridge Rising Son (Below), is a Champion in hand and was purchased by the stallion owner to stand at stud.
