| Notorious is a dream come true for us. We first fell in love with him many years ago when we acquired our first registered Welsh ponies -- both were Notorious offspring! As people with Notorious get will tell you, he produces wonderful foals. He is an absolute joy! His disposition is amazing. Notorious is very sweet, gentle, and tractable- people not already familiar with him are astounded to find out he is a stallion! The ultimate show off, his dynamic presence will take your breath away. Notorious is a very fancy mover. He is typey and correct, with a beautiful dished face,tiny ears, ample bone, powerful shoulder, and a graceful long neck. Notorious is a champion on the line and a producer of champions. His show career was cut short due to an injury as a youngster but he has gone on to sire many outstanding ponies such as Rosmel's Jetta, 2006 USEF Zone 2 Champion Adult Welsh Hunter; Kelviden Tiger Lilly, National Champion Small Pony Hunter; RosMel's Jamberry, WPCSA Supreme Champion; and Center of Attention, Champion Large Pony Hunter, to name just a few. In 2003, Notorious was ranked as a Leading Section B Welsh Sire by the WPCSA. This was no small feat considering that it was earned entirely from the performance of his foals! | Notorious comes from a long line of Champion ponies. He is sired by the imported Champion stallion *Rosedale Fairy Prince and is out of one of Rosmel's best producing mares, Bristol Sun Sylph. She is the dam of the famous hunter pony, Strike a Pose (Rosmel's Blue Reign) who was recently pinned 1st High Score Welsh and 2nd overall in the Small Pony Hunters in the 2007 USEF Hunter Pony Finals; Purebred Welsh Champion, Over Fences Winner, and Reserve Champion Small Pony Hunter at the 2006 USEF Hunter Pony Finals (at 23 years of age!) Among other accomplishments, Strike a Pose was a Pony Finals winner in 1997 and the '98, '99, '00 AHSA National Champion Small Pony Hunter of the United States. Bristol Sun Sylph is also the dam of the champion ponies- Rosmel's Millennium, Rosmel's Fairy Sprite, Rosmel's Daystar, and Rosmel's Sun Promenade. Notorious's grandsire, Bristol Sun God, is well known for producing many exceptional Champion ponies. Notorious also has several notable Downland and Coed Coch bred ponies in his pedigree. |

Notorious is an ideal choice to cross with your Horse and Pony mares to produce fancy hunter, driving, and sport type ponies. Notorious is Licensed for Artificial Insemination with the WPCSA Available for Cooled Transported Semen, On Site AI, and Live Cover. He is tested EVA negative. His cooled semen ships very well and Notorious enjoys a high conception rate. |
