| Our facilities are designed with safety in mind first and foremost for our visiting mares. We offer the unique advantage of private outdoor mare paddocks with sheds and our knowledgeable, experienced staff lives on site. We feed twice a day and are able to accommodate special requests. Please contact us for more information about our mare care, stallions, and breeding regimen. References available. |
| Outdoor accommodations are available on a first come, first reserved basis. Individual sheds are 12' X 12' with drop down feed windows, and able to accommodate large horse mares. Shade trees are protected by smooth horse wire mesh. All hardware used is "horse safe" and paddocks are routinely checked for sharp edges or protrusions. We also have several indoor stalls available with daily turnout in individual paddocks. |
| Mares that are pasture mates before visiting our farm are welcome to stay together in one of our larger paddocks with a double shed. Double sheds are 12' X 24' with a center divider. |
| Paddocks are fenced with no climb, woven, horse wire mesh, with a strand of hot wire at the top to discourage leaning. Fencing starts close to the ground to keep foals in and critters out. |
| Our mare paddocks have the benefit of being located near the stallion yard and arena which allows them to get to know the stallions and keeps their mind on the whole objective- getting in foal! |
| We feed twice a day and both the owner and manager live on site. Mares are provided with quality 10 % or 16% feed (yes, you may provide your own), and ample top quality timothy/orchardgrass hay. Water is filtered for purity. We are able to accommodate special requests and owner provided supplements as well. All run-in sheds, hay racks, and buckets are disinfected after each mares departure. |
| Our breeding area is fully enclosed and fenced and we have a safe holding pen for foals which is visible and nearby to the mare. We have strong, well designed standing stocks for veterinary procedures and artificial insemination as well as a climate controlled breeding lab. |

| Recent farm additions include a large riding ring with great drainage, a round pen, new jump set, and several additional grass paddocks. |
